1. Studio rental is based on the current price list.
2. The studio rental includes heating, electricity/water costs, final cleaning, and drinks.
3. The calculated rental period begins at the agreed time of handover by the tenant, even if the tenant takes over the studio at a later date. Use beyond the agreed time will be billed at an overtime surcharge for each hour or part thereof. There is no entitlement to further rental in the event of a missed deadline.
4. The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the session. Otherwise, 50% of the rental price will be charged. If the booking is canceled or not attended within 3 days of the scheduled start date, 100% of the rental price will be charged as cancellation fees.
5. The landlord retains his right of occupancy over the rental property for the entire rental period and may enter the studio at any time. He will exercise due consideration during recording sessions.
6. The use of services such as image processing or assistance can be agreed upon, but will be billed separately and are not included in the room rental.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our premises. Smoking is also prohibited at the window. If we discover a violation of this smoking ban, we will charge a fee of EUR 70 (plus VAT).
